Potato Chip
Sandwich
- 3 slices whole wheat bread
2 tablespoons tartar sauce
4 fish sticks, cooked according to package directions.
2 slices tomato
2 lettuce leaves, washed and dried
1/2 cup potato chips, crushed
- Prepare double decker
sandwich by spreading bread slices with tartar sauce. Layer with
cooked fish sticks, tomato, lettuce and crushed potato chips.
Secure sandwich with frilled toothpicks.
- Slice and serve.
Makes 2 to 4 servings.
