This chicken salad can be used as the filling for the cream puffs. Leftover turkey from Thanksgiving dinner can be used as a substitute for the chicken.

Toasty Warm Chicken Salad

4 large hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 (10-ounce) can of chunk chicken
1/4 cup Italian dressing
1 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 tablespoon melted margarine or butter
  1. In a medium bowl, place chicken, Italian dressing, hard-cooked eggs, and celery.
  2. In separate bowl blend mayonnaise, cream cheese, lemon juice, and salt until smooth.
  3. Stir the two mixtures together and pour into a 9 x 9-inch glass baking dish.
  4. Combine margarine and bread crumbs and sprinkle evenly over the top. Microwave on full power for 7 to 9 minutes or until bubbly.

Makes 4 servings.
