This Asian dipping sauce
is great with spring rolls, pot stickers, Chinese dumplings,
won tons, etc.
Asian
Dipping Sauce
- 3 tablespoons rice wine
vinegar
1/4 cup tamari sauce*
1 teaspoon packed brown sugar
1 green onion, sliced finely on the diagonal
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- Combine all ingredients
in a medium bowl and transfer to a serving dish.
Makes about 3/4 cup.
* Available in the Asian
section of most supermarkets and at Asian specialty stores.
