Blueberry Pineapple
Sauce
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 pint blueberries
- In medium saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch;
gradually stir in pineapple juice and water. Add blueberries.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until sauce bubbles and
thickens.
- Store in refrigerator in tightly sealed
containers
Makes about 3 cups.
