Chile-Lime Butter

No recipe image available.This spicy, tangy compound butter is wonderful on potatoes, corn, steaks—whatever you please!

Recipe Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter, softened
Grated peel of one lime
Juice of one lime
2 teaspoons red chile flakes, or to taste

Cooking Directions:

  1. Mix together all ingredients. Refrigerate for one hour before serving.

Makes 1/2 cup.
