Use as a spread on a variety of bread or
crackers.
Chutney Cream Cheese
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup chopped mango chutney
- 1 teaspoon curry powder (optional)
- Using a food processor or blender, combine
all ingredients until well blended. Store in refrigerator, tightly
covered, for up to 5 days.
Makes 1 cup.
