Serve this deliciously
easy cocoa fudge sauce over ice cream, cake or as desired.

Fudge Sauce
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2/3 cups dark brown sugar,
packed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup baking cocoa
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Melt butter in medium
saucepan over medium heat. Add sugars, cocoa and salt, whisking until blended.
- Gradually add cream. Simmer
until mixture is smooth
and sugars dissolve, about 3 minutes.
Makes about 2 cups.
