A silky change from chocolate sauce, this simple dessert topping will grace your favorite ice cream, cake or pie.

Creamy Butterscotch Sauce

1 (11-ounce) package NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Butterscotch Flavored Morsels
1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon light corn syrup
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  1. Microwave morsels, cream, corn syrup and salt in medium, microwave-safe bowl on MEDIUM-HIGH (70%) power for 1 minute; stir. Microwave at additional 10 to 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract. Serve warm. Store any leftover sauce in refrigerator.

Makes 1 1/2 cups.
