Fajita Marinade
- 1/2 cup clear Italian salad dressing
1/2 cup salsa
1 teaspoon finely shredded lime peel
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon snipped fresh cilantro
1/4 teaspoon bottled hot pepper sauce
- Combine all ingredients. Marinate pork or beef in refrigerator for 4 to 24 hours.
Makes 1 cup (enough for 1 to 2 pounds of meat).
