Seasoning Mix
- 4 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons ground cumin
2 teaspoon ground oregano
1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt (optional)
- Combine all ingredients
and mix well. Store in an airtight container. No refrigeration
needed,
Makes scant 1/2 cup.
