This tomato-based sauce
has the zip of picante and hot pepper sauces as well as the tanginess
of Worcestershire and your favorite steak sauce. Use it to baste
meat while grilling and then serve it alongside.

Sauce
- 1 3/4 cups tomato ketchup
1 1/2 cups chili sauce
1 1/4 cups steak sauce
1 1/4 cups Worcestershire sauce
1 cup picante sauce
2 tablespoons hot pepper sauce
- Combine ketchup, chili
sauce, steak sauce, Worcestershire sauce, picante sauce and hot
pepper sauce. Mix well. Refrigerate until used. Serve over grilled
beef, noodles, potatoes or rice.
Makes about 7 1/4 cups.
