A great sauce for that perfect roast.
Hunter's
Horseradish Sauce
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
6 to 8 tablespoons prepared horseradish, drained
6 drops Tabasco sauce
3 tablespoons minced onion
3 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
- Mix horseradish and sour
cream well.
- Fold in Tabasco, onion,
parsley, salt and pepper.
- Cover and chill until
serving time.
Makes approximately 2 cups.
