This glaze has just the
right amount of sweet to balance the vinegar. Tasty as a glaze
for pork chops on the grill.
Maple-Vinegar
Glaze
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon juniper berries
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- In a small bowl, stir
together all ingredients.
Makes 3/4 cup.
