Marinada Para Carne Enchilada
(Marinade For Spicy Meat)

3 tablespoons paprika
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
3 tablespoons white vinegar
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Combine ingredients in large nonreactive bowl.
- To Use Marinade: Place beef steak and marinade in food-safe plastic bag; turn steak to coat. Close bag securely and
- marinate in refrigerator 6 hours or as long as overnight, turning occasionally.
- Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade. Grill steak to desired doneness.
Makes about 1 cup marinade.
