Serve this yummy milk chocolate
and peanut butter sauce warm over ice cream or cake.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Sauce
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar,
packed
- 1 tablespoon light corn
syrup
- 1/4 cup smooth peanut
butter
- 1/2 cup half-and-half
- 4 1/2 ounces milk chocolate,
chopped
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons water
- In a small saucepan melt
butter with brown sugar and corn syrup over medium heat, stirring, add peanut butter and half-and-half;
bring the mixture to
a simmer. Add chocolate and salt, stir sauce until it is smooth,
then stir in the water.
- Serve warm.
Makes 1 cup.
