Orange Butter

Orange ButterRecipe courtesy of Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board.

Recipe Ingredients:

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
1 tablespoon orange juice concentrate
1 teaspoon grated orange rind

Cooking Directions:

  1. Blend in all ingredients until light and fluffy. Serve at once or cover and refrigerate.
  2. To serve, let soften at room temperature.

Makes 1/2 cup.
