This orange sauce is excellent
served warm over ham, pork roast, or beef roast. Suitable for
desserts too.

Sauce
- 1 (6-ounce) can frozen
concentrated orange juice
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups cold water
1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/3 cup raisins
1/8 teaspoon salt
- In a saucepan combine
frozen concentrated orange juice (undiluted), sugar, cold water,
cornstarch, raisins, and salt. Cook over medium heat until thickened.
Serve warm over meat.
Makes about 3 cups.
