Serve this sweet and creamy
ricotta and peach spread with warm scones, biscuits or muffins.

- 1/4 cup skim ricotta cheese
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1/2 cup frozen peaches
- In food processor blend
all ingredients well. Serve with Mini-Muffins, if desired.
Makes about 30 servings.
