Saucy Fruit Glaze

No recipe image available.Use this fruit glaze on ham, pork, chicken, vegetables, tofu—whatever tickles your fancy.

Recipe Ingredients:

1/2 cup apricot jam
1/2 cup pineapple chunks, crushed
2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon prepared brown mustard

Cooking Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, combine apricot jam, crushed pineapple chunks, horseradish and prepared brown mustard. Mix well. Use as glaze over meats.

Makes about 1 cup.
