1 onion, diced
4 garlic cloves, crushed
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 cups tomato ketchup
1 cup water
1 teaspoon dry mustard
4 tablespoons cayenne pepper
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon soy sauce
6 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
4 tablespoons white distilled vinegar
  1. In a large saucepan, heat butter on medium until melted. Add diced onion and crushed garlic cloves and cook while stirring until lightly browned.
