A tasty substitute for the same old barbecue sauce. Use on roasts or chops. When glazing ribs, baste the last 30 minutes of cooking time to avoid burning.
Two-Mustard Honey Glaze
- 1 cup honey
1/2 cup Dijon-style mustard
1/2 cup stone-ground mustard
Salt and pepper, to taste
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
Makes about 1 3/4 cups.
