Catfish Kabobs Indonesian

1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon brown sugar, packed
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 pound catfish fillets, cut into strips, or nuggets
- For Marinade: Combine soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, packed, ginger, and garlic in small bowl. Stir well.
- Thread catfish strips onto each skewer. Cover the catfish skewers with marinade and refrigerate for several hours, turning once.
- Prepare grill; grill the skewers for 3 minutes per side.
