Catfish Kabobs Indonesian

Recipe Ingredients:

1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon brown sugar, packed
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 clove garlic, crushed

1 pound catfish fillets, cut into strips, or nuggets

Cooking Directions:

  1. For Marinade: Combine soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, packed, ginger, and garlic in small bowl. Stir well.
  2. Thread catfish strips onto each skewer. Cover the catfish skewers with marinade and refrigerate for several hours, turning once.
  3. Prepare grill; grill the skewers for 3 minutes per side.

Makes 4 servings.
