A salmon-enriched version
of macaroni and cheese.
Salmon
Macaroni and Cheese Dinner
2 cups macaroni
2 cups diced processed cheese
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup butter
1 (10.75-ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup frozen peas
1 (7-ounce) can salmon
- Cook macaroni according
to package directions; drain.
- In a large saucepan over
medium heat, combine cheese, milk and butter. Stir until smooth
then add mushroom soup, peas and salmon. Heat thoroughly, stiring
until well mixed. Mix in macaroni and serve warm.
Makes 4 servings.
