Crab and shrimp are tossed with mayo, Worcestershire sauce, green bell pepper, onion and celery, topped with crushed butter-flavored crackers and baked.

Seafood Casserole

1 pound crabmeat
1 pound de-veined and cooked shrimp
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup finely diced onion
1 1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cups crushed butter-flavored crackers (such as Ritz)
Paprika for sprinkling

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Lightly grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan; set aside.
  2. Mix first eight ingredients together. Pour into prepared baking pan. Top evenly with the cracker crumbs. Sprinkle with paprika.
  3. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until hot and lightly browned.

Makes 8 servings.
