Seasonings encrusted Salmon.

A ready-made seasoning mix blended with butter and lemon juice makes for an easy, yet delicious grilled salmon steak.

Seasonings-Encrusted Salmon

4 tablespoons softened butter
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 package Simply Organic Steak Marinade Mix
1 to 1 1/2 pounds salmon steak -- minimum of 1-inch thick
 
  1. Preheat grill.
  2. In a small bowl blend butter, lemon juice and Steak Marinade.
  3. Lay salmon on grill using a fish grill plate, skin side down. Spread a thin layer of butter mixture on steaks.
  4. Grill eight to 10 minutes or until salmon is just flaky.
  5. Serve with sliced fresh tomatoes as a garnish.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.
