Sole fillets are dipped
in a mustard-milk mixture, dredged in seasoned bread crumbs with
sesame seeds and baked.

Baked Fish
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup sesame seed
1 teaspoon dried tarragon
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 pound sole filets
- Combine milk and Dijon
mustard.
- In a pie pan, combine
dry bread crumbs, sesame seed, tarragon, lemon pepper, seasoned
salt, and garlic powder.
- Rinse sole filets and
pat dry.
- Dip in the milk mixture,
then roll in the bread crumb mixture.
- Place on a broiler pan
and bake at 400°F (205°C) for 10 to 15 minutes, or until
the fish flakes easily.
