Shrimp Dijonnaise
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 8 to 10 garlic cloves, finely minced
- 3 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined
with tails intact
- Combine first 6 ingredients in a large,
self-sealing plastic bag. Add shrimp; seal and refrigerate for
4 hours.
- Place shrimp on a lightly greased broiler
pan. Broil 4-inches from heat for 4 minutes or until shrimp are
done.
Makes 6 servings.
