Luscious seafood paired with spicy salsa gives these tacos flavors of the ocean. Seasoned with fresh cilantro and chopped green bell pepper, these spicy crabmeat tacos hit the spot with landlubbers too!

Spicy Crabmeat Tacos

2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
9 ounces crabmeat, imitation crabmeat or cooked white fish, shredded
3/4 cup homestyle salsa
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 1/2 cups shredded romaine lettuce
1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup peeled, seeded and finely chopped cucumber
6 (6-inch) corn tortillas, warmed
Lime wedges for accompaniment
  1. Heat oil in large skillet; add onion and garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally, until onion is tender. Stir in crabmeat, salsa and cilantro; cook until heated through.
  2. Combine lettuce, bell pepper and cucumber in medium bowl. Fill tortillas evenly with lettuce mixture and crabmeat mixture. Serve immediately.
