Enough to stuff a medium duck or an 8 to 12 pound turkey.

'Sweet' Stuffing

12 slices old bread
3 cups sweetpotatoes, cooked and mashed
3/4 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon orange rind
1/2 cup minced onion
1/3 cup diced celery
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 large egg
  1. Tear bread into small pieces.
  2. In a bowl mix remainder of ingredients and then slowly toss in bread and mix lightly. Stuff the bird.

Makes enough to stuff an 8 to 12 pound turkey.
