Baked Asparagus
with Parmesan
- 1 pound asparagus
1 tablespoon olive oil - divided use
2 1/2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tablespoons soft white bread crumbs
- Preheat oven to 450*F
(230*C).
- Toss asparagus spears
in 1 to 2 teaspoon olive oil and arrange in baking pan .
- Sprinkle with Parmesan
cheese and bread crumbs. Drizzle with remaining olive oil.
- Bake uncovered until asparagus
is just tender, about 15 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
