A colorful baked bean casserole with three
types of beans, black, kidney and white northern baked in a sweet
and savory sauce with chopped onion.
Calico Baked Beans
- 1 (15-ounce) can black beans
1 (15-ounce) can kidney beans
1 (15-ounce) can northern beans
1 large onion, chopped
1/4 cup catsup
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 to 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
2 teaspoons white distilled vinegar
- Combine all ingredients and bake in an
uncovered casserole at 350°F (175°C) for about 50 minutes.
