Calico Baked Beans
A colorful baked bean casserole with three types of beans baked in a sweet and savory sauce.
1 (15-ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 (15-ounce) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 (15-ounce) can Northern beans, drained and rinsed
1 large onion, chopped
1/4 cup tomato catsup
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 to 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
2 teaspoons white distilled vinegar
- Combine all ingredients and bake in an uncovered casserole at 350°F (175°C) for about 50 minutes.
