skeptics who think beans are boring and meatless is mundane.
Serve with your favorite rice dish for complete and satisfying
meal.

Pinto Bean Bake
- 2 (15-ounce) cans pinto
beans, rinsed and drained
1 (16-ounce) package frozen corn, thawed
1 (16-ounce) jar homestyle salsa
1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (4-ounce) can diced green chiles
2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
1 (8-ounce) package corn chips, crushed
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Preheat oven to 350°F
(175°C). Grease 13x9x2-inch baking dish.
- Combine pinto beans, corn,
salsa, tomato sauce, green chiles and hot sauce in medium bowl.
- Sprinkle crushed corn
chips into prepared baking dish. Pour bean mixture over corn
chips. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes
or until cheese is melted.
