Chilled Asparagus with Hazelnuts

Recipe Ingredients:

1 to 1 1/2 pounds fresh asparagus

Dressing:
1/4 teaspoon freshly grated orange zest
2 teaspoons fresh orange juice
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons finely chopped roasted hazelnuts

Cooking Directions:

  1. Steam asparagus until crisp-tender. Drain well; chill.
  2. Whisk together all ingredients for the dressing, except nuts. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Drizzle dressing over chilled asparagus, then top with the chopped hazelnuts.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.
