This side dish is simple
to prepare and delicous enough to serve company! Tender-cooked
cauliflower florets are layered with sour cream, shredded cheddar
cheese and toasted sesame seeds and baked just until heated through.
Company
Cauliflower
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
1 medium head cauliflower
Dash of salt
Dash of pepper
1 cup sour cream - divided use
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Wisconsin Cheddar cheese - divided

- In shallow pan toast sesame seed 10 minutes
or until browned, shaking pan occasionally.
- Rinse cauliflower and separate into small
florets. Cook in a 2 quart covered saucepan, in 1 inch boiling
salted water, 8 to 10 minutes or until tender; drain well.
- Place half of cauliflower in a buttered
1 quart casserole; season with salt and pepper, spread with 1/2
sour cream and sprinkle over 1/2 cup cheese. Top with 1 teaspoon
sesame seed. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15 minutes
or until heated through.
