Corn Pudding 2

Corn PuddingServe your family comfort foods such as this creamy corn pudding—a classic Southern side dish.

Recipe Ingredients:

2 (12-ounce) packages STOUFFER'S Corn Soufflé, defrosted according to package directions
1 (8.5-ounce) package corn muffin mix
1 (8-ounce) container sour cream
1 cup (4 ounces.) cheddar cheese, shredded - divided use
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Cooking Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF (175ºC). Lightly grease 8-inch-square or 2-quart-round baking dish.
  2. Combine corn soufflé, muffin mix, sour cream, 1/2 cup cheese, eggs, salt, pepper and garlic powder in medium bowl. Pour into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  3. Bake for 55 to 65 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out slightly wet (corn pudding will appear wet).

Makes 8 servings.
