It just doesn't get any easier to make a great tasting corn side dish than this recipe for cream cheese corn.

Cream Cheese Corn

1 (16-ounce) package frozen corn kernels
2 tablespoons butter
1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
  1. In medium saucepan cook corn according to package directions and drain liquid.
  2. Add the butter and cream cheese. Cook, stirring occasionally, over moderately low heat until mixture is combined and heated through. Serve hot.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
