Grilled Corn on the Cob

No recipe image available.The perfect summertime side dish alongside a grilled entrée. Also try brushing a little olive oil or herbed butter onto the corn before grilling.

Recipe Ingredients:

4 corn on the cobs, husked and cleaned

Cooking Directions:

  1. Wrap each ear of corn well in aluminum foil.
  2. Place foil-wrapped corn directly over hot coals; grill for about 3 to 4 minutes on a side, turning to grill evenly, about 12 to 15 minutes total.

Makes 4 servings.
