olive oil or herbed spiked butter to the corn before grilling.

Corn on the Cob
- 4 corn on the cobs, husked
and cleaned
- Wrap each ear of corn
well in aluminum foil.
- Place foil-wrapped corn
directly over hot coals; grill for about 3 to 4 minutes on a
side, turning to grill evenly, about 12 to 15 minutes total.
Serves 4.
