
Baby red potatoes get extra special treatment
with jalapeños and Maggi seasoning sauce in this simple
to make dish.

Baby Potatoes
- 1 1/2 pounds baby red
potatoes, halved, boiled and drained
- 3 tablespoons vegetable
oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 jalapeños, seeded
and chopped
- 4 teaspoons MAGGI Seasoning
Sauce
- Heat oil in large skillet
over medium heat; add onion and jalapeños. Cook until
tender. Add potatoes and seasoning sauce. Cook, stirring occasionally,
for 5 minutes or until potatoes are caramelized.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
