Melty Twice-Baked Potatoes

4 baking potatoes
3 tablespoons margarine or butter, melted
1/2 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Scrub the potatoes and wrap in foil. bake for approximately 1 hour, or until soft.
  3. Reduce the oven temperature to 350°F.
  4. Cut cooked potatoes in half and scoop out the potato into a medium sized bowl. Add the margarine and milk and whip together. Mound back into potato halves. Sprinkle with the cheese and bake for 30 minutes.
