Mustard Green Beans
Summertime brings freshness from the garden to the dining room table. Treat your family to these flavorful green beans.
1 pound fresh green beans, cleaned and trimmed
2 teaspoons butter
1 tablespoon coarse-grained mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
- Steam or microwave green beans until crisp-tender.
- Melt butter in heavy skillet over medium heat; stir in mustard. Toss beans in mixture to coat. Season and serve immediately.
