An easy cheesy, hearty
hash brown casserole with creamy Wisconsin processed cheese.

Potatoes
- 1 pound frozen hash brown
potatoes
4 tablespoons butter - divided use
1/4 pound Wisconsin Processed cheese, sliced
1/2 cup chopped onion
- Fry hash browns in 2 tablespoons butter.
- Layer cheese over hot potatoes.
- Sauté onions in remaining butter.
Serve over potatoes.
