Parmesan Garlic Potatoes
New red potatoes oven-roasted in butter with garlic and Parmesan cheese.
6 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
3 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
8 to 10 medium unpeeled new red potatoes, washed and halved lengthwise
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pour butter into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Sprinkle garlic powder and Parmesan cheese over butter. Place potatoes with cut side down over cheese mixture.
- Bake, uncovered for 40 to 45 minutes or until tender.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
