Roasted Garlic Potatoes

No recipe image available.Need a change from baked, mashed or fried potatoes? Try these flavorful roasted potatoes.

Recipe Ingredients:

1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 large red-skinned potatoes, cut into wedges
1 garlic clove, crushed

Cooking Directions:

  1. In shallow baking pan, heat butter and olive oil in 400°F (205°C) oven.
  2. Remove pan from oven,and stir in potato wedges and garlic, tossing to coat potatoes evenly with butter mixture.
  3. Return pan to oven, continue baking, stirring occasionally, 25 to 40 minutes, until potatoes are golden and tender.
  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Makes 4 servings.
