potatoes or fries? Try these flavorful roasted potatoes.
Roasted
Garlic Potatoes
- 1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 large red-skinned potatoes, cut into wedges
1 garlic clove, crushed
- In shallow baking pan,
heat butter and olive oil in 400°F (205°C) oven.
- Remove pan from oven,and
stir in potato wedges and garlic, tossing to coat potatoes evenly
with butter mixture.
- Return pan to oven, continue
baking, stirring occasionally, 25 to 40 minutes, until potatoes
are golden and tender.
- Season to taste with salt
and pepper.
