Red potatoes roasted with lemon juice,
black pepper, salt and fresh rosemary.
Roasted Red Potatoes
- 3 1/2 pounds red potatoes, halved
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon coarse salt
1 teaspoon black pepper, freshly cracked
2 sprigs fresh rosemary, separated
- Heat oven to 350°F (175°C). In
roasting pan, combine all ingredients; toss to coat. Roast 45-60
minutes, turning occasionally, or until tender.
