Sautéed corn and
green onions are combined with crumbled bacon and Tabasco sauce.
Sauteed
Corn with Bacon
- 1 tablespoon vegetable
oil
- 1 1/2 cups frozen corn
kernels, cooked according to package
- 2 green onions, finely
chopped
- 2 bacon slices, cooked
and crumbled
- 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco brand
hot sauce
- In a non-stick skillet
heat the oil over medium-high heat until it is hot; sauté the corn and green
onions, stirring, for 1 minute. Stir in the bacon and Tabasco sauce; sauté
mixture for 15 seconds. Serve
immediately.
