Wonderful, fun dish.
Sauteed Green Beans and Minced Shallots
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1/2 pound fresh green beans
1 tablespoon shallots, minced
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet.
- Addbeans and shallots.
- Cook approximately 5 minutes until beans are crisp and tender, stirring often.
- Season with salt and pepper.
Makes 3 servings.
