A simple, basic soft bread
cube stuffing with minced onion seasoned with ground sage, salt
and black pepper.

Golden Stuffing
- 2/3 cup butter
1/2 cup minced onion
2 1/2 quarts (10 cups) soft bread cubes
2 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 1/2 teaspoons ground sage
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Melt butter in a skillet; add onion and
cook until transparent. Add bread cubes and seasonings. Stir
and heat until cubes are slightly brown.
Makes 8 servings.
