This terrific recipe for Scalloped Pineapple was submitted by Mr.Who101.
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup butter
4 large eggs
1 (20-ounce) can of crushed pineapple, juice and all
5 slices of bread, cubed
- Cream sugar and butter, beat eggs and add them to the creamed mixture. Add pineapple juice and all, then add the bread.
- Now turn into a greased 9x9x2-inch pan, the mixture, not you, and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40 minutes.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
