Scalloped Pineapple

1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup butter
4 large eggs
1 (20-ounce) can of crushed pineapple, juice and all
5 slices of bread, cubed
  1. Cream sugar and butter, beat eggs and add them to the creamed mixture. Add pineapple juice and all, then add the bread.
  2. Now turn into a greased 9 x 9-inch pan, the mixture, not you, and bake at 350*F (175*C) for 40 minutes.

Serves 4 to 6.
