South of the Border Baked Beans.

This tasty combination of baked beans, corn, seasoned canned tomatoes, bacon, onion and bell pepper makes a hearty side dish or main dish casserole.

South of the Border Baked Beans

1 (28-ounce) can BUSH'S® Boston Recipe Baked Beans
1 (14.5-ounce) can tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano, diced and drained
1 (15.5-ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
8 slices bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine all ingredients in 2 quart casserole dish. Cover casserole and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and continue baking 15 minutes longer or until surface is bubbly.

Makes 10 servings.
