Serve this with warm flour tortillas and a salad made of orange segments, jicama, a touch of lime juice and honey.

Southwestern Wagonwheel Pasta

3/4 pound wagon wheel pasta, prepared according to package directions, kept hot
1 j(15-ounce) jar ORTEGA Salsa - Homestyle Recipe (Mild)
1 (4-ounce) can ORTEGA® Diced Green Chiles
1 (15-ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1/3 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese
1/4 cup sliced green onions
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
1 tomato, diced
  1. Combine picante sauce, chiles and beans in small skillet; heat through. Add sour cream. Combine pasta and sauce; garnish with cheese, onions, cilantro and tomato.

Makes 4 servings.
